Tipsy (or Tips) is a wonderful and loving girl who will need lots and lots of love and PATIENCE.  Tipsy had previous owners who did not take care of her eyes and they got infected.  Long story short... she is mostly blind.  She has a little vision left in one eye.  The other is completely blind.  She will fall at your feet and nip at your ankles and paw at your legs to show you her affection.  Also, she rolls over for belly rubs all the time.  She would do best in a situation where there are no other dogs because sometimes they frighten her if they sneak up on her blind side.  If you feel you have the time and attention to devote to this loving girl, please give us a call at 760-868-2327.
